Truss member is broken out and missing at front right. This will compromise the integrity of the structure. We recommend review by and repair or replacement, as necessary, prior to close by truss specialist.

Vent Pipes Inadequate

Clearance to class B vent pipe appears to be inadequate in attic, It should be at least one inch from combustibles;
correction is important. Recommend review by a licensed heating contractor for repair or replacement, as necessary.
Fire Rating is Compromised…

Fire rating is compromised due to holes in wall at water heater pipes. This is a safety concern. Recommend review and seal as required with fire resistant material.
