Avoid a Potential Nightmare and Get the Property Inspected

Getting the property inspected protects you from buying a MONEY PIT and with a bad economy like the one we’re in now, who can afford to dish out money on expensive repair bills?

Our clients have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars on costly home repairs because they decided to get the property inspected before purchasing it.

We don’t just inspect, but we coach, educate, and advocate on your behalf. Our job is to find problems so you’ll know about them before forking over your hard earned money (just look at our “Disturbing Inspection Discovery” page) where we’ve helped previous Clients avoid costly problems.

We tell you about those issues in plain, simple everyday terms. We’re not happy until you understand. THEN, we discuss options with you. How easy are the repairs that might be needed? Are they major repairs? Ongoing maintenance that has been neglected? Safety issues? We don’t quote prices, but, with a background in residential remodeling and construction, we’re not novices in those conversations, either. We can discuss strategy with you and your Realtor.

Having an inspector disclose any issues discovered during a home inspection prior to your purchasing, puts you in a position to better negotiate the repair of documented issues, or the price of the home itself.

You are not buying an inspection, you’re investing in an inspector. You are purchasing individual knowledge, experience, communication and technical skills.

Great for first time home buyers

This was my first home so I had no clue what I was doing and called the inspecter six days before closing. When my inspecter found out that I was a first timer he took his time and explained everything in great detail. He took me from roof to basement and by the time he left I felt as if I knew more about the house than the seller. I called the office at 6pm the night before closing to check something and they came out that morning so we could close on time. Talk about cust. svc I will be back and can safely say I would recomend AmeriSpec to my family and friends.

Best all around

This was my only experience with an inspection company, but it was great! The inspector was in constant contact and had everything finalized in the same day! My husband and I are buying our first home together. As we love ultra contemporary homes, they are hard to find new so we found a postmodern home built in 1970. With an older home, brings a larger list and they were very thourogh. I had some questions and my inspector spent quite a bit of time explaining everything to me. I feel very confident in my purchase now and would definitely recommend them!

My wife & I recently purchases our first home together. Even though the home was newly constructed, we felt it necessary to hire a Home Inspection company. We called AmeriSpec and we are sure glad we did! Our Inspector pointed out several things that we would have never noticed, and we had the Builder complete before Closing. And during the process, he educated us on all the systems in our new home. I will highly recommend them to my friends & family.
