It is not unusual for a seller to find themselves scrambling to find a roofer, plumber, and electrician all at the same time because of the contract deadlines. It is better to know what lies ahead so that you and your family can financial prepare for some of the repairs the buyer may ask you to make to the property before closing.
- Peace of mind. If you have lived in your house for some time, there may be health and safety concerns to you and your family that have gone undetected. A professional inspector can help make your house safer for the next owner and safer for you as long as you continue living in it.
